Environments at Work helped Gritstone Bio create an office space to support lab and office work. The biotech company moved to a new location in the Fenway neighborhood, a perfect place to design and implement its new office vision.

The workplace consists of a lab, supporting workstations, private offices, and spaces that work double-duty. Gritstone’s new office supports ease of individual and teamwork, providing its 60+ employees with spaces for collaboration and unassigned desks for touch-downs. Huddle and conference rooms encourage collaboration, while the café works as a multipurpose space with a bi-fold partition wall to open and close as needed.
