This financial services firm partnered with Environments at Work to craft a modern office space for approximately 150 employees. The goal was to design a functional, sustainable workplace that supports a hybrid work model. With an open office layout and industrial design elements, the project emphasizes modernity and efficiency.

Notably, this project showcases a commitment to modern design, sustainability, and the successful integration of a hybrid work approach. It’s the result of collaboration among renowned design and construction professionals, resulting in a cutting-edge workspace tailored precisely to the client’s needs.

Embracing the hybrid work model, the project incorporates features for flexibility and adaptability. The client opted for a “free-address” environment, providing employees with freedom in choosing their workstations. Sustainability was a key focus, with a commitment to refurbishing and reusing existing Humanscale Liberty Chairs. Additionally, 100% of existing task chairs were gifted to employees for their work-from-home setups.
